X2 Condos by Great Gulf and Lifetime Developments is a 49-storey glass tower at 101 Charles Street East, the sister building to X The Condominium, completed in 2015. Housing 470 suites with open layouts, nine-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling views of the skyline or lake, X2 continues the neighbourhood-defining legacy of its predecessor on Toronto's iconic Bloor Street corridor.
